You may have completed offline transaction(s). These are transactions where your available balance is not checked by the merchant before the service is provided to you. These can push you over your credit limit.
Typically services like on-the-go transport and airlines use offline transactions, as they operate without a signal at the time of the transfer. A common offline transaction is getting on and off the tube in London.
When we receive an offline transaction, we still have to post the transaction on your account as the service is deemed as provided to you by the merchant.
