It absolutely is possible!
You will need to move all your planned transactions back to in full (1 month) in the app so that when you do make a final payment, it will be taken in full.
This will remove of all of the instalment plans you have existing, so we will show you a final payment due rather than the cost spread across future instalment plans. This will also remove any future interest from your account.
