You should receive your card within 5 working days of requesting a replacement, after your account is successfully opened.
If you haven’t received it after that period, please get in touch with Customer Support via the app or by emailing hdsupport@tymit.com. Please provide your current address.
Remember, you can add your virtual card to Apple or Google Pay, so you don't have to wait for the physical card to arrive to start spending.
You can also use your virtual card anywhere online, just like any other card.
Your virtual card has a 16-digit PAN, expiry date and CVV code (the 3 digits on the back) just like a physical card.
Don't forget to update any subscriptions services and online shops you use often with your new physical card details once your card arrives.
