Please lock your card in the app as soon as you notice anything suspicious.
You can do this from the card tab (the second one from the left) by selecting 'Lock Card.'
If you notice something suspicious, or think you may have been the victim of fraud, get in touch with our customer service team as soon as you can. Email hdsupport@tymit.com stating fraud in the subject line, or send us a message through the app.
