If you find the the service was not to your standard or the merchant is not reaching out to you in regard to a refund, please do get in contact with us and provide some information on the transaction, such as:
- Merchant name
- Transaction date
- Transaction amount
- Have you used this merchant before?
- Is this a suspected fraudulent charge?
We will use this information to see if we can raise a dispute with the merchant via our VISA service and help you win your money back.
