If you’ve been charged for a subscription or recurring payment that you’ve already cancelled, your first point of call and usually the fastest way to a resolution is to contact the merchant directly.
If, after contacting the merchant, you are unable to get a response or have your issue resolved, you may be able to dispute the recurring transaction provided it has ‘settled’ (you can check this by looking at the transaction in your app).
Just so you know:
Depending on the dispute type, we’ll also need to see evidence to support your dispute. This might include, but is not limited to, screenshots or documents which show any conversations you’ve had with the merchant.
