The most common reason that you receive an unrecognised charge from Amazon is that your subscription to Amazon Prime has auto-renewed, or you have been signed up after a free trial.
Normally, Amazon will charge you a fee annually, or a smaller monthly charge.
If you weren’t expecting this charge, we suggest that you check your Amazon account and contact their customer service department to discuss it further.
