Why is interest being calculated when I try to select a promotional payment plan?

First, always make sure that the purchase was made at an Authorised Harley-Davidson^® Dealer.

If the first billing period after making the purchase has already passed (i.e. you’ve already had a bill due and already paid for some of this purchase), you cannot change to a 3-month interest-free plan at this point.

If you switch to the 3-month plan after paying a bill, you’ll actually be choosing to pay off your remaining balance over 3 months.
