We understand this can be a frustrating experience, however, we have some fixes which should help with that:

The best thing to do first is to delete and reinstall the app as this will give you the latest version. It will also delete any built up cached data, which can slow things down sometimes.
For android users, you'll need to manually delete the cache by selecting Settings > Apps (Applications) > selecting the Tymit app > scroll down to 'Clear Cache' and then select confirm. -
Check to see if your phone device needs an update as this is can cause multiple apps to slow down due to using old software.
