If you have received a Notice of Default letter through the post, then it means your account has been in arrears for sometime.
Failure to acknowledge this letter means a default will be applied to your credit file. If you would like more information about how a default affects your credit score we recommend you speak to one of the credit reference agencies for advice, such as Experian.
Upon receiving the Notice of Default it is important you contact us as soon as possible. You can contact us by emailing us at hdcollections@tymit.com or calling 020 3910 8336.
