You can set up a direct debit for us to attempt payments automatically for your bill, which will be taken between 7th-13th of the month, depending on how the weekend affects the bill.
You can also choose to make an instant bank transfer from the app directly by selecting the wallet icon and selecting 'Instant Bank Transfer'.
If you would like to make manual payments instead then you can do so by bank transfer/standing order.

Important - when making payments by bank transfer it is important you use the correct payment reference so we can allocate your payments to your account.
If you do not know your payment reference find it in the app:
- Open the app
- Click on the wallet icon to the right of the big number on your home screen
- Use our details above and your unique reference to make a bank transfer.
- Important: don’t forget to include your unique reference when you make your payment. This helps us add your payment to your account quickly.
