I want a copy of my data, how do I get this?

You can request a copy of the information we hold on you either by messaging us in-app or by emailing hdsupport@tymit.com. We will ask you to verify your identity because we disclose any data to you. To speed up your request, please let us know in your message what information you need.

These requests are known as Data Subject Access Requests and you can ask for these at any time, even if you haven't successfully opened an account with us.
