Please contact our Customer Support team from within your app, including the following information:
- Amount of the transaction
- The date and time it was made
- The bank name, account number and sort code you paid from
- Any reference you may have used
We can then get the funds applied to your account.
To avoid any delays in your bill payment in future, please follow the How do I pay my bill? instructions.
Remember, you can now also set up your Direct Debit with us to makes paying your future bills really easy!
