What do I do if I forgot to add my payment reference to my bank transfer?

Please contact our Customer Support team from within your app, including the following information:

• Amount of the transaction
• The date and time it was made
• The bank name, account number and sort code you paid from
• Any reference you may have used

We can then get the funds applied to your account.
