Why am I getting a warning message when I try to make a payment?

To take our payments, we use a new service called Modulr (you can read all about them here ).

Modulr is our trusted payment provider and is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Unfortunately, some banks have been slow to list Modulr as a verified provider on their online systems, which is why you’ve received a warning message.  

But you should be able to bypass or accept this message on your mobile banking app and continue with setting up your payment.
