When am I expected to pay my bill?

You are expected to pay your bill by the 7th of each month.

Please note, this date will move to the next working day if it falls on a weekend or bank holiday. You'll see the payment date next to every bill total on the main page of the app.

If you don’t make a payment by this date, you’ll be classified as a late payer. Talk to us if you have any concerns paying your bill at hdcollections@tymit.com, we'll be happy to help!
