If you see 'Previous credits' on your bill, this means that you have paid OR been refunded more money into your account than the bill due the month before.
This would have resulted in an excess amount remaining on the bill. We move these excess funds to help pay your next bill, until the bill is either paid or the previous credits are used up.
If you don't have a bill due the next month, your account will be in-credit. Please talk to us at hdsupport@tymit.com to get this sent back to you ASAP!
