How long can it take for a refund to reach my account?

This is totally dependent on the merchant’s refund policy. Usually, you should receive your refund within 28 days of it being issued by the merchant.

For airline services, refunds can take up to 1 year to reach your account. We understand that is a very long process however we have no control over when these are sent to us.
