I’ve had two payments taken on the same bill, why?

This is a common mistake.

This is because your direct debit mandate takes between 5-7 days to be created and taken from your account and it could result in a double charge where we have to return one of the double payments.

We strongly recommend making a bank transfer by the 1st of every month if you wish to pay your bill early.
