You will still have access to your app for a period of time whilst we finalise any remaining actions on our end.
We aim to close your account within 48 hours, however, the process can take up 10 days depending on any outstanding actions on your account. Whilst these actions are finalised, you will be able to log in and view your app information. We provide this so that you can check any remaining balance or view any owed credits that may be outstanding. We will always contact you about this directly, so please look out for an email from us.
