If you're thinking of closing your account down with us, we've made it simple for you:
- Get in contact through us via the app by selecting: 'Leave us a message.'
- Provide the reason for your closure
- Plan all transactions to 1 month - this will remove any future interest on the account so you know exactly what's left to pay
- Check that all your bills are up to date and make a final payment if anything is due
If all the above actions have been done, we will close your account for you.
We may have to contact you if any pending transactions are added to the account or if any funds are due to back to you.
If you're an iOS (Apple) user, you have the option to automatically request an account closure within the profile section of the app. This feature is incoming for Android!
